ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 

on Tuesday, June 10th, 2025.

In our green room in the back of Cedar Community Hall.

We invite you to become a Member of The Yellow point Drama Group!

The Yellow Point Drama Group's AGM is an opportunity for nominees to contribute and be part of the Executive on the Board of Directors, as well as for new Members and Volunteers to take on duties required for staging theatre productions at Cedar Community Hall. Like all Community Theatres, it is our Members and Volunteers who keep it alive. Only by retaining a full Executive/Board of Directors, increasing our Membership base and Volunteers, will The Yellow Point Drama Group remain sustainable, as it has since 1953. We can ensure our beloved theatre is in a position to continue bringing exceptional live entertainment to the Yellow Point, Cedar and Nanaimo communities, when we welcome a NEW generation of Executives and Volunteers who are willing to promote their ongoing commitment to the Arts. Thank you.

The regular monthly Executive & General Membership Meeting will commence immediately following the AGM.
