Take a murder investigation and the reading of a will, throw in a cast of unsavoury characters with a slew of motives, and you've got the Yellow Point Drama Group (YPDG) spring production of Dead Awake, offering something for everyone from armchair detectives to word scramble fans. Audience participation is part of the fun during this comic YPDG whodunit. Dead Awake is directed by Pamela Walker, and written and produced by well-known Nanaimo playwright and actor Brian March, last seen in Western Edge Theatre's production of The Dishwashers.
Dead Awake runs March 8,9,10,16,17,23,24. Tickets $15.00 adults/$10.00 youth & preview. Doors open 7:00 p.m., all shows at 8:00 p.m. Dinner theater Saturday, March 17, tickets $30.00. Doors open 6:00 for Dinner theater. Reservations for all tickets at 250-722-3067
